- 46 percent of executives surveyed believe technology advancements will have the most significant impact on the way their companies conduct business.
- Many companies assemble work teams from around the world, leading to new perspectives and innovative ideas. Becoming familiar with differences in business and etiquette rules can improve effectiveness and communication. In fact, 82 percent of administrative professionals polled say they would benefit from taking a course on international business etiquette.
- The majority of support staff (98 percent) view working with colleagues from different age groups as an opportunity to learn new perspectives. However, 71 percent of those surveyed feel working with a multigenerational workforce leads to workplace challenges.
